Great experience working with Nicola Flora Shop! I'm a Richmond native but live out of state currently, wanting to send my best friend flowers for her 30th birthday. Checked out my old Richmond go-to's but didn't really see anything in my price point I liked enough for the occasion. Found Nicola Flora by Google search and her reviews were awesome, checked out her site, loved her arrangements, especially the contemporary styles which I thought were more fun and appropriate for a flirty 30 birthday instead of the traditional look. She worked with me on keeping costs in my price point since I would be paying for delivery also, which was a far trip for her to the West End but totally worth it! The arrangement was exactly what I had in mind and my friend loved them! Will recommend to any and everyone! Thank you so much!!

Excellent artisanal arrangement. Call ahead and be generous. The ladies here work hard. It's worth the price for her. Storefront also has very cool ~vibe~

Not only did I show up with a last minute request, the employee/owner (not sure) made this stunning custom bouquet in 15 minutes (3 roses for 3 year anniversary). Stunning eye for creativity. Excellent Service!!! Don’t be like me though, order ahead :).

I am so impressed with our neighborhood florist, Nicola Flora. After looking online at other area florists, I was drawn to the originality of Nicola Flora’s arrangements. In the shop, we used one of the standard arrangements as a starting place and customized for a celebration of life service. The arrangement was placed on the communion table under the pulpit, and it was radiant!! The service was for my only sister. When getting too emotional, I found myself looking into this beautiful arrangement of flowers and being energized, it was truly amazing. Nicola Flora far exceeded my expectations, and the beauty they created was transcendent!

I had a wonderful experience with this florist. I am originally from Richmond but now live in California. I wanted to send my sister some flowers as a remembrance of what she calls her mother’s “heavenly birthday.” I wanted them delivered today and time was waning, so rather than get them from some place like 1-800 Flowers or FTD I decided to look for well reviewed florists near my sister in North Chesterfield and found Nicola Flora. The person I spoke with on the phone made the whole experience a breeze! My sister’s mother loved purple, so I asked for an arrangement of flowers in varying shades of purple. I chose the amount I wanted to spend and the delivery fee for same day delivery was reasonable. I got a receipt right away and just a few hours later got a text from my sister thanking me for the gorgeous flowers! Thank you, Nicola Flora!

I'm thrilled with my first experience with Nicola Flora! This was my first time using them and they did not disappoint! I asked for a designers choice bouquet and same day delivery...and it was stunning and at the recipient's home (local) in less than an hour! Will absolutely use them again!

I buy flowers every year for Mother’s Day from this florist and she never disappoints! I live far from Richmond but my grandmother lives close by so I always buy from this florist specifically because the flowers are always gorgeous and they deliver locally!!

A great job on my wedding bouquets! I sent a picture of myself, dress and sample bouquets and they handled the rest. I wasn't sure how they would pull off the gray, but it was done beautifully. We received so many complements on our fresh bouquets. Well worth the dollar!

Wow oh wow! I came in for the first time and didn’t really know what to expect. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by smiles, hellos, and a big BEAUTIFUL display of bright green plants! The store is quaint and cozy, warm and personable. Lots of skin care and aromatic products to choose from. I was overwhelmed at first but the owner Nicole quickly put me at ease. I’ve never been to a florist before! Normally I would buy my flowers from a Food Lion or Kroger…but boy oh boy have I missed out. Nevertheless, Nicole talked me through the flower-picking process and made me a personalized bouquet for myself! I was amazed and shocked by the high quality and affordability combined with the great customer service. I will DEFINITELY be back ! Had to give my bouquet a photo shoot cause she was so gorgeous !

Nicole and company really helped me make my partners day and I can’t thank them enough for the assist!! She immediately followed up on my last minute order and created an incredible bouquet for my partner after she had a rough day. Her attention to detail and customer service is 10/10!
