Not only did I show up with a last minute request, the employee/owner (not sure) made this stunning custom bouquet in 15 minutes (3 roses for 3 year anniversary). Stunning eye for creativity. Excellent Service!!! Don’t be like me though, order ahead :).

A great job on my wedding bouquets! I sent a picture of myself, dress and sample bouquets and they handled the rest. I wasn't sure how they would pull off the gray, but it was done beautifully. We received so many complements on our fresh bouquets. Well worth the dollar!

Wow oh wow! I came in for the first time and didn’t really know what to expect. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by smiles, hellos, and a big BEAUTIFUL display of bright green plants! The store is quaint and cozy, warm and personable. Lots of skin care and aromatic products to choose from. I was overwhelmed at first but the owner Nicole quickly put me at ease. I’ve never been to a florist before! Normally I would buy my flowers from a Food Lion or Kroger…but boy oh boy have I missed out. Nevertheless, Nicole talked me through the flower-picking process and made me a personalized bouquet for myself! I was amazed and shocked by the high quality and affordability combined with the great customer service. I will DEFINITELY be back !

I buy flowers every year for Mother’s Day from this florist and she never disappoints! I live far from Richmond but my grandmother lives close by so I always buy from this florist specifically because the flowers are always gorgeous and they deliver locally!!

She gave me a gorgeous set of flowers that were just wrapped beautifully. It’s a cute shop with an owner who does amazing work and gives amazing service. I’m so glad I chose to buy flowers from here and can’t wait to order them again.

I'm thrilled with my first experience with Nicola Flora! This was my first time using them and they did not disappoint! I asked for a designers choice bouquet and same day delivery...and it was stunning and at the recipient's home (local) in less than an hour! Will absolutely use them again!
